1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the product.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

3.1 Refund

If you cancel the agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), immediately and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to cancel the agreement.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for this refund.

3.2 Returning Products

You must return the products immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after the day you informed us of your decision to cancel the agreement. This period is observed if you send the products back before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the products.

4. Conditions for Returns

Products must be returned:

• In the original packaging
• In unused condition
• With all original accessories and documentation
• Not damaged or modified

If the product has been damaged due to your actions or as a result of carelessness, we may charge you for the decrease in value of the product.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

You do not have the right to withdraw if:

• The product has been modified or damaged due to your actions
• The packaging is damaged or incomplete
• The product has been used in a way that does not comply with the instructions
• The product has been made according to your specifications or is clearly personalized

6. Return Procedure

1. Contact us via email or phone to register your return
2. We will send you a return number and instructions for returning
3. Carefully pack the product in the original packaging
4. Send the product back to the specified address with the return number clearly visible
5. After receiving and checking the product, we will process your refund

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

The costs for returning products are at your expense, unless the product does not match what you ordered or if the product is defective.

8. Processing Time

After receiving the returned product, we check its condition and completeness. Within 14 days of receipt, we will process your refund.

9. Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will ensure that the problem is resolved through replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

10. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us. If the order has already been shipped, the normal return policy applies.
